山田さんは新しいアパートを探しています。不動産屋の田中さんと一緒に、希望の条件に合う物件を見つけるために相談しています。日本でアパートを探す際には、独特の商習慣や手続きがあります。そのため、不動産エージェントのサポートが欠かせません。
Dialogue
田中: 山田さん、こんにちは。今日はどのような物件をお探しですか？
Tanaka: Yamada-san, konnichiwa. Kyou wa dono you na bukken o osagashi desu ka?
Tanaka: Hello, Yamada-san. What kind of property are you looking for today?

Tanaka: Naruhodo. Dewa, ikutsuka no jouken o kakunin sasete kudasai. Chikunensuu ya kaisuu ni gokibou wa arimasu ka?

山田: 築年数はできるだけ新しい方がいいですが、そこまでこだわりはありません。階数は2階より上が希望です。
Yamada: Chikunensuu wa dekirudake atarashii hou ga ii desu ga, sokomade kodawari wa arimasen. Kaisuu wa ni kai yori ue ga kibou desu.
Yamada: For building age, newer is better if possible, but I'm not too particular. For the floor, I prefer above the second floor.

Yamada: Sore wa miryokuteki desu ne. Naiken wa itsugoro kanou deshou ka?
Yamada: That's attractive. When would it be possible to view the property?
田中: 今週末でしたら土曜日の午後が空いています。他にも2、3件、ご希望に合いそうな物件がありますので、ご一緒にご覧になることもできます。
Tanaka: Konshuumatsu deshitara doyoubi no gogo ga aite imasu. Hoka ni mo ni, san ken, gokibou ni aisou na bukken ga arimasu node, goissho ni goran ni naru koto mo dekimasu.

Grammar Notes
- ～をVing（お探しですか） This construction uses the honorific prefix
お(orごfor certain verbs) combined with a verb stem and polite endings likeですorになります. It's used to show respect for the listener's actions. For example,お探しですかis a very polite way to ask 'What are you looking for?' - ～に～がある・いる (駅に近い) Used with adjectives like
近い(chikai, close) or遠い(tooi, far) to specify a location relative to something. The particleにindicates the reference point. For instance,駅に近いmeans 'close to the station'. - ～ていただけますか？ (教えていただけますか？) A polite way to ask for a favor or request someone to do something for you. It literally means "Could you do X for me?"
- ～そうです (合いそうです) The
～そうです(sou desu) construction is used to convey something that 'looks like' or 'seems like' something based on appearance or general impression. It attaches to the stem of a verb (e.g.,合います->合いそうです) or to the stem of an i-adjective (e.g.,おいしい->おいしそうです).
